As of 1 April 2026 we regrettably have to advise we will be increasing our prices. We have kept our prices for the last three years but rising operating costs have forced this price rise to be implemented. Every additional passenger: $5. Extra pickups within the area $10 per pickup, $15 outside the immediate area.

Private Transfers other than airport transfers are available on request. This is dependant on if we have availability between airport transfers.

4.30am-9pm Monday-Friday
4.30am-12pm Saturday 
6.30am-9pm Sunday

You will be charged for 100% of the total fare amount if you fail to show at your pickup point unless discussed with the driver.  We will wait for two minutes after the specified pick up time in order not to disrupt other passengers.  We endeavour to get a mobile phone number from you so we can keep in touch if necessary.

While we do endeavour to answer all emails and txts in a timely fashion during the day, most of the bookings are entered in the evening so you may not receive a confirmation until then. If an answer is required urgently please txt Mark 0211 676 411 and he will answer between jobs.

*** Bookings office open 7am-7pm. Calls & emails outside these hours will be answered the following day***

*Some pick up/drop off locations such as Black Barn Rd, Durham Dr, Te Mata Peak Rd, Tauroa Valley Rd, 
Aintree Rd, Sandown Lane, Middle Rd south of Iona Rd, Akina, Raureka, Longlands etc will incur a surcharge*

Our vans are top spec, late model, well presented, clean & fully air-conditioned.

Our shuttle is available with  luggage trailers, baby seats & boosters on request.
